🎟️ Must Bring Items to Write the Canadian DAT

In order to enter the test centre on the day of your exam, you must bring the following:

🚫 Prohibited Items

Although you may be provided with a locker and key to store personal items (such as cell phones, wallet, etc.), it is recommended to leave these items at home as the Canadian DAT administrators and the CDA are not responsible for personal belongings being lost or stolen. Prohibited items in the examination room include (but are not limited to):

  • Food
  • Water
  • Calculators
  • Watches
  • Earplugs
  • Pencils
  • Rulers

Please note that you will be provided with centre-approved pencils by the Canadian DAT administrators and can use the booklet paper as scrap paper during the examination. Upon completion of the examination period, you will be permitted to collect your belongings. For more information, please refer to the CDA website: https://www.cda-adc.ca/en/becoming/dat/regulations/.

By being prepared and bringing the appropriate items that are allowed in the testing centre, you will walk in feeling prepared and ready to crush the Canadian DAT! Good luck everyone!
