Interview Format

  • The interview is two one-on-one interviews, where one is in-person at the school with a current dental student, and the second is virtual with a faculty member. The interviewers will not have access to your written application.
  • You will be evaluated on four competencies: 1. Motivation, 2. Self-Awareness, 3. Problem-Solving/Critical Thinking, 4. Collaboration/Teamwork/Leadership.
